🌍 In the tech industry—where men still make up the majority—many women often find it challenging to confidently assert themselves or have their voices heard. But if we truly want more women to enter the field and close the gender gap, women’s voices must be amplified. So, how can every voice—especially women’s voices—be acknowledged and respected?

To make this change, commitments alone are not enough—we need strategies, actions, and meaningful dialogues. That’s why Women in Tech® Vietnam, Women Tech Entrepreneurs, and Amaris Consulting are delighted to invite you to Leader Talks: “Inclusive Leadership: Fostering Diversity and Equity in the Tech Workplace”—a space where practical strategies, real-world experiences, and diverse perspectives will be shared to help build a more inclusive, equitable, and open tech environment.
